Signalink has an immediate opening for an enthusiastic Cyber Security Analyst/Information Security Officer (ISSO) to help progress a groundbreaking Air and Missile Defense Battle Command System. This program is an innovative Department of the Army initiative and includes principal-level cybersecurity leadership and support for the ISS Branch managed resources.

Responsibilities:

The candidate will work in a collaborative team environment consisting of defense industry contractors and U.S. Government personnel.

The ISSO / Cybersecurity Analyst assists the ISSM with implementation of required policies for the S3I ICOFT\UCOFT environment and conducts Configuration Monitoring activities (reporting and analysis).

The ISSO / Cybersecurity Analyst is responsible for the following activities:

 

  1. Assist in the development, review, and update of documents required for RMF compliance.

  2. Assist in the development, review, and update of SOP’s to ensure compliance with all DoD regulations.

  3. Assist in the Information Assurance Vulnerability Alert (IAVA) reporting process.

  4. Assist with STIG review.

  5. Assist with CTO response.

  6. Hardware Inventory List.

  7. Software Inventory List.

  8. Assist with eMASS Artifacts Upload.

  9. DoD Scorecard reporting.

  10. Assist with POA&M creation and review, to include closing remediated POA&M items.

  11. Configure ACAS.

  12. Assist Junior Cybersecurity Analyst with ACAS scanning.

  13. Assist Junior Cybersecurity Analyst with SCAP scanning.

  14. Assist with review of Ports, Protocols, and Services on a monthly basis.

  15. Review Network Topology.

  16. Privileged Access Review.

  17. S3I ICOFT\UCOFT Audit Log Review - Splunk Log Review. This consists of configuring assessment tools to analyze and monitor audit record logs for unauthorized and malicious activities on the ICOFT network.

  18. Assist Senior and Junior Cybersecurity Analyst as needed.

 

Desired Skills:

  • Experience in ICOFT or THAAD

  • Current OS Certification

Educational Requirement:

  • BS degree with and 2 years or more demonstrated experience in cybersecurity.

Security Requirements:

  • Applicants must currently hold a DoD security clearance at the secret level.

  • Must meet baseline information assurance (IA) certification requirements for an IAT Level II or higher position per DoD 8570.01-M (CAP, CND, Cloud+, GSLC, Security + CE)
